I could go as far as to say make dragon shields (the exceptional shield in the monarch family) able to have 4 sockets as Spirit is a runeword that seems to be designed to benefit characters from level 25 on as the highest rune in it only requires level 25. I do not talk about the fcr due to the fact that it really only affects the sorc and certain builds on other charactersĭragon Shields carry the same level requirement as the Amn Rune at 25 and the ability to equip double spirits at level 25 will benefit more characters than it does on a monarch as most builds can use either a different shield runeword or a unique shield at the higher levels Dragon Shield (excptional shield in the monarch family) this shield has a level requirement of level 25 and a str required of 91 allowing this will give level 25 players the ability to equip a shield that gives a good mana bonus likely the best mana bonus a level 25 character can get from a shield along with decent resist bonus to get through most of nightmare along with the skill bonus to make the skills a bit stronger
